As we enter 2023 we’re reassessing
our prices. We’ve kept our room rates at $80 per night for several years
but need to make an increase.
Implications of Covid:
We closed completely for 2021. In 2022 we limited our bookings to one party per night to avoid having to share a bathroom,
and have decided that’s the best way to continue.
But, we need to raise our prices to be viable.
New rates:
Rate for 1 room will be $95 + tax
Rate for 2nd and 3rd room in same booking will be $90 + tax.
We’re delighted to welcome our guests who become part of our lives for a little while, and hope to see new and old friends again this year.
